Background about Dennis and Linda...
Dennis...
- I started my musical career in the basement by hooking up with several
friends and different local bands. I then found the right combination of guys
to form The Band Elite which developed into a
great relationship that has lasted for 13 yrs. I was the lead vocalist and
front man for the band. This gave me the opportunity to perform a variety
of music and venues. We started by playing small clubs and local fire
halls, weddings and
banquets. Our popularity grew along
with a following which gave us steady and
repeat gigs. We became favorites of several agents and specialty clients in the
surrounding area. This led to larger and more prominent social
events including opening for name acts. In 1991, I took on the task with the
help of friends to build a recording sound studio. Over the years, I
have had the opportunity to meet and record many great bands and single
acts and to produce commercial spots. The recording studio provided me
with technical training in sound and equipment. This along with the experience of
performing live, helped to create my success today in the music industry.
As time went on and life for everyone moved forward, the band parted. I
then used my skills to evolve Elite Productions into an exciting DJ / Live
Musical Entertainment Service.
Linda...
- Linda has been my administrative assistant, from the beginning, working
with the band and studio. She then started musically by assisting me on
gigs. She quickly became "the person behind the scenes" to complete our
team. Not only is she great with the public but her vast knowledge of
music, titles and artists create a complete package for the services we
provide. Her other experiences come from years of teaching and
performing different styles of dance.
